Our contractor members are currently seeking Concrete Workers to assist with highway, bridge, and utility construction projects in your area. Role Overview:
Help shape and build the world around you by becoming a concrete worker. Concrete workers are one of the most in-demand positions in the construction industry. You’ll pour and finish concrete for construction projects using a material that’s played a pivotal role in human history. Be sure to bring your math skills, the ability to problem solve and the willingness to get your hands dirty.
• Pour, level and smooth concrete on a variety of surfaces including roads and bridges; assist with setting forms.
• Operate construction equipment and other power tooling; enhance your knowledge in various skilled trade specialties.
• Demonstrate best safety practices while working at heights, moving road materials/barricades, lifting various objects up to 50lbs, and working in all weather elements.
