Role Overview:

We’re looking for leaders to plan, oversee and complete large construction projects from start to finish. With lots of moving parts at play, a supervisor needs to be a multitasking master with a can-do attitude and a love for seeing construction projects through to completion. A good supervisor has done it all. From knowing how to “run” a shovel, to running large equipment, to knowing how to oversee a large team, a good supervisor is the key to a successful project. You’ll need excellent communication, organization and time management skills in addition to your construction skills and knowledge. If you thrive under pressure and live by a schedule, you’re the perfect candidate for the role of supervisor.

  • Effectively lead construction team(s) and ensure teams have the necessary resources to execute projects on time.
  • Build collaborative, high-performing teams of construction employees; coach, mentor, and develop to ensure the success of all team members.
  • Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other variables; monitor project progress and deliver timely solutions to the customer.
